What does "enterprise as text" mean?
The model lives as structured files in Git — diagrams and reports are projections of that model, not the source of truth.

In Transitrix, the source of truth for an organisation's architecture is a set of plain-text files under version control — goals, processes, capabilities, roles, each written in a defined notation. A diagram you see in an editor, or a document you export, is generated from that text; it is not itself the record.
Change the text, and every view generated from it can be regenerated to match — instead of a diagram silently drifting from the decision it once represented, or a document going stale the moment someone edits the picture and forgets to update the source.
